Great Service, and Buying Experience I was just going to VW to look and possible test drive the two vehicles I was Interested in knowing more about. I was greeted within first 5 minutes of me exiting my vehicle and looking at a few VW SUV's by a Gentleman who introduced himself as Eric. After he probed to see what brought in today, he walked me to a few of the Vehicles and gave me details on them. The. we test drove the Tiguan. We talked price and then met we Naonne GM who presented a great deal, the process began, and I was approved. I then met with Woody in Finance and he thoroughly went over contracts and options in warranties. The whole process was Excellent, no pressure, gave me time to consult with my family via phone, and I walked away in a New VW Tiguan. overall I never felt the genuine care of all from Eric sales person, to GM, finishing with Finance. Great Folks and made the buying experience easy. and I recommend them to anyone looking for Superb Customer Service and ones who care genuinely about you the consumer!! Salute to them ! Required signing any and all rights away in advance My previous new vehicle purchase was made through Costco's Auto Program from an out of town dealer. Vehicle was delivered to my garage and my trade in My previous new vehicle purchase was made through Costco's Auto Program from an out of town dealer. Vehicle was delivered to my garage and my trade in was driven away with few prior negotiations and two papers signed upon delivery and a couple more by FedEx later. That's the right way to buy a vehicle! More

New car lease I had no real intention of leasing a new car from VW as I was just shopping around for deals as my current car lease is up in 2 months. But the Sales I had no real intention of leasing a new car from VW as I was just shopping around for deals as my current car lease is up in 2 months. But the Sales Agent and the rest of the VW team were so friendly and helpful, and I got a great deal including paying off my current leased car from another dealer, that’s was happy to drive off the lot with a new VW Jetta. Great conflict resolution/Willing to make things right **EDIT: Dealership has since contacted me and after expressing my concerns we arrived at a resolution! It is wonderful to know that my voice was heard and they DO care about making things right! They turned this upset customer into a happy one. If any hiccups occur during any visit voice your concerns to Naonne and he will hear you out and take care of you ASAP. They have definitely done right by me and have earned a repeat customer!** Walked in on a Saturday at 2pm knowing exactly what we desired. To lease a 2019 Tiguan S for my wife. My wife and I talk with Eric, go on a test drive, and figure out what options my wife really wants in her future Tiguan. I felt both Eric and Naonne really took the time to make sure my wife got the exact Tiguan she wanted and I really appreciate their hard work in doing so! We “finalize” the desired numbers at 5:20pm with both Eric and Naonne, and were told that the “paperwork” would take too long and our desired color options were being transported to the dealership “soon.” As a result we would not be able to finish the deal that day and we should return Monday at 3pm and EVERYTHING would be ready then. On Monday I arrive at 3:10pm the vehicle still had not arrived and the paperwork was not available. I was continually told the paperwork was being finalized and finally at 6pm they again told me to come back this time I was scheduled for 1pm Tuesday. Now on the 3rd day of being at the dealership I am finally greeted by Woody from finance. He sees I am visibly frustrated and apologizes on behalf of the dealership. We sign all the paperwork and I get my new 2019 Tiguan. I return the following day for a paint and interior protection service and I am ignored by the front desk employee who is taking a personal call on her cellphone and she gestures me to the service counter. The service counter then deflects me to sales by stating I need a paper from my sales rep Eric. Eric was busy with customers so I understandably had to wait. While waiting Brennan sees me and helps with everything right away, she was so helpful and amazing in answering all of my questions. I waited for a little over two hours for the service to be completed and was getting nervous about the progress I get up from my sit and notice my vehicle parked in front of the dealership. No one had bothered to inform me my service was completed! *SEE EDIT ABOVE* This dealership does not value people’s time. It is very upsetting I feel like Volkswagen of Gainesville doesn’t care about my business and do not take me serious as I am a younger looking 25yr old. *SEE EDIT ABOVE* I love Volkswagen as a brand and have owned many in the past but this dealership has left me with a very unwelcomed experience and in the future I will avoid them until they earn my business back. *SEE EDIT ABOVE* More
