What’s happened? I’ve been coming to the Gainesville VW service centers since 2012. We have a vintage VW and 2 new VW’s. Lately the service has been the worst. No one I’ve been coming to the Gainesville VW service centers since 2012. We have a vintage VW and 2 new VW’s. Lately the service has been the worst. No one seems to understand how to follow up. Several great employees are no longer there. They pretend to have surveys and care about their reputation - do not be fooled. For what they charge in labor and parts mark up, this place is no longer worth it. I’d consider going and even buying in Ocala before giving them my money again. The only saving grace has been Tracey- he is the only service employee worth anything. The others should learn from him! More

Being a first time Volkswagen buyer, we felt a little lost, although we new what we wanted, we didn't know just how vast the options would be. In just a short time, Eric introduced us to the full line of Beetles and all the options available. In the end, we found ourselves in one of the nicest cars on the entire lot, in fact, the car we bought far exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier! In fact, we've already referred a family member who's in the market for a new vehicle.
