He helped me get into an amazing lease and as a first time car buyer guided me every step of the way. Dan helped to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and succeeded in doing so. Amazing service. Hannah was absolutely fantastic. She is very knowledge about VW as a brand and had an answer to all my questions, on top of that she was extremely friendly, sociable and helpful beyond words. She’s an amazing sales rep!!! Kevin, Dwayne and Woody also helped to make this experience wonderful. Each made sure to make this process easy for me and we’re all incredibly kind and accommodating. Decided to make a 4 hour trip to another dealership vs. going to this one first, big mistake. Drove another 5 hours to get to this dealership to see the vehicle we were originally looking at. Mr. Nathan assigned us to Ms. Brennan Rowe for our sales person, she was also extremely friendly, informative and helpful. The test drive went wonderfully, the vehicle was as described and depicted on the website. Can't say enough good things about this dealership. The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxed, no pressure. Everyone was super friendly. The whole process was one of our best car buying experiences ever. We actually enjoyed it!.
