We had previously discussed price and my trade-in via email. new car misunderstanding The dealership didn't have the car I wanted, the got it from another store. It arrived, papers signed and when my salesgirl was going over everything The dealership didn't have the car I wanted, the got it from another store. It arrived, papers signed and when my salesgirl was going over everything it didn't have XM radio like I was told..I voided that car, and they had another one there that meet what I wanted... Everyone there was wonderful and my only complaint was that we had to wait longer to get the car cleaned and prepped.... Other than that, all is well and Brennan took great care of us while we waited, along with everyone else... i love my VW's, this is my third one... More

Outstanding, Personalized Service I can’t say enough about how wonderfully we were treated at VW of Gainesville. Jessica contacted us after we requested more information on a car we s I can’t say enough about how wonderfully we were treated at VW of Gainesville. Jessica contacted us after we requested more information on a car we saw online. She asked questions that helped her determine if the car would be a good fit for us. She then took the time to make two personalized videos of the car to share how the car met our needs. The only day we had available to see the car was a Sunday. It happened to be Jessica’s day off, but she came in to meet us and take us on a test drive. She asked questions about our daughter (we were looking for a car for her) and even FaceTimed with her while we tested out the car so she could see it too. Naonne, the Internet Sales Manager, talked numbers with us and helped us reach a deal that worked. The dealership did not have a Finance Manager in that Sunday, but made arrangements for someone from onet of their other dealerships to come in and help us secure financing so we could take the car home that day (which was great because we live five hours away)! We were treated like family. It was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had! More
