Waited too long for alignment that wasn’t done correctly I went in for an alignment and it was not done correctly. Turns out the tires had to be replaced completely but Volkswagen didn’t even try to figure o I went in for an alignment and it was not done correctly. I had to go to another dealer to get the situation fixed. Only good thing was Volkswagen covered the cost. But what should have taken two hours tops, took two days. More
