Horrible Service I took my car to this dealership because it was having some problems. They kept the car for three days and said it would be ready on Saturday by 5. So I took my car to this dealership because it was having some problems. They kept the car for three days and said it would be ready on Saturday by 5. So I got there at 4:30, waited an hour and 45 minutes for them to tell us it would take an ‘hour’ longer. So I left and decided to pick the car up the next day. Went the next day to pick it up and the lights were STILL on. They serviced it AGAIN the next day, I took it home and a day later the lights turned on AGAIN. They even told us to drive the car regardless because it was something ‘simple’ but the lights that were on are not safe AT ALL. Came to pick it up for the third time and they tell us it was something totally different than what they ‘serviced’ the first time. Just a huge mess, basically was without a car for almost a week. More

They were awesome Scott and Nick were super nice and helpful with anything we asked. Very accommodating and very friendly. Not satisfied I spent 3 hours waiting for a light to be replaced. Was not told that the part had to be picked up from another dealership in the area until i had be I spent 3 hours waiting for a light to be replaced. Was not told that the part had to be picked up from another dealership in the area until i had been there for 1 1/2 hours. I brought the car in also to have the battery checked because AAA had just jumped it and said the cells were dead and that i needed a new battery. I was charged for a battery cleanup and service and told the battery did not need to be replaced. Six days later i was stranded with a dead battery that does need to be replaced. So i am onviously not happy or satisfied with this service. More
