Thanks Jose For The Worst 1st Car Experience Ever! Everything started off great; the test drive, the signing, everything until I signed the documents. After signing everything, my payment information was done incorrectly and instead of accommodating me some how they told me send it immediately or you'll get a penalty charge. A charge for a mistake THEY made. My real reason for writing this review is Jose Silverio. This man was beyond charming and nice in the beginning but when I called to clear something up that he was rude and patronizing. A complete opposite of the person I met. He told me if my car was out of service I would be provided a rental, even told me when signing up for insurance in his office the rental service the insurance company offered isn't needed. I called to ask about said rental and was told we don't offer that I said loaner. He did not and my mother was there as well and can attest to it. I whole heartily regret my purchase with this dealership and I'm kicking myself every day for not recording the conversation. Lesson learned. If you must get a VW this dealership is nice but record the conversation and do not work with Jose, he won't be the same person after you sign the papers. More

Since I had never purchased a car before I got my car at an extremely low down payment and was given a low interest rate for my finance. Their company takes pride in their low honesty and my dealer Jose was very friendly and engaged the whole time i was there. He even helped me through the insurance process. Their finance manager Bob Puccio also made me feel extremely comfortable and gave me the best deal possible considering I had zero credit history.
