First impressions are always important as they are the lasting impressions generally remembered by the customers. I was impressed with Anthony's courteous professionalism. He answered all of my questions without any problems. And he was able to get my service done just under an hour, which I greatly appreciated it since I had to pick up my boys from camp. All around grade A quality of service. Good quality customer service equals lasting customer loyalty. More

The sales staff, both Omar and Jhon, w Our first VW experience My husband and I walked into this dealership knowing the car we were interested in. The sales staff, both Omar and Jhon, were very professional, accommodating and friendly from the start. We discussed options that were available, the value of our trade in and the cost of the car and within 3 days (over a holiday weekend) they found the car that we were looking for in port. By the end of the week we were picking it up. The entire experience was very pleasant, we got a very good value for our trade and we love our new car! Bob Puccio was excellent to deal with and we felt the walk through of the car by Omar was very thorough. We were also very pleased with the extra's that were given to us. I highly recommend each of these 3 men, the dealership and so far the Beetle Convertible. More

Excellent Service I had an unexpected issue with my 2011 Jetta that I recently purchsaed from another dealership. I went in to see Robert and he had a tech on hand ready for a test drive. After determining there was an issue with the vehicle, he was able to have the car repaired while I waited. I have owned several vehicles in the past and have worked with service departments but I never had such a great experience working with a group of professionals like I've experienced today. They were coridal, considerate and concerned with the issues at hand. I appreciate the professionalism Rob and his staff has shown. More
