I don't think that you will find a dealership that offers so much on cars they sell (discoun I was really impressed with the whole buying experience. I don't think that you will find a dealership that offers so much on cars they sell (discounts and warranty). I am from Iowa and I looked around Iowa as well as surrounding states to find a good deal. I ended up getting a great deal. In addition to that, you will find some nicest people working at the dealership such as Michael Grover who was my sales person. It was a relaxed atmosphere without pressure to buy. Also, I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the facility especially restrooms that have number of things to refresh yourself after long drive. More

Worst Purchase Ever! We were sold a lemon! Purchased a 2003 Passat less than a year ago and I have spent 3165.00 in repairs to fix this faulty car. Here is an actual statement from my certified Purchased a 2003 Passat less than a year ago and I have spent 3165.00 in repairs to fix this faulty car. Here is an actual statement from my certified mechanic: "It came in with a check engine light. It was found to have an EVAP System leak. We noticed that someone started replacing the hose with regular hoses instead of getting the proper kit and parts. After several times back we continued to seal up all the rotted hoses and EVAP System. After that the CEL came back on it was turbo codes. It was discovered that someone had disconnected all the vacuum lines and valves to the turbo as the waste gate was seized shut rendering it non-functional. This is why the vacuum system was filling with oil. It is our professional opinion that these items were disconnected to sell the vehicle". I have also filed a complaint with the MN Atty General More

Once On 5/30 we stopped by the store to inquire about a 2013 Passat. We test drove it, liked it and were prepared to move forward with the purchase. Once in the showroom the rep came over and stated it could not be sold due to an airbag issue, but would contact us with an update. One week later, without hearing anything, and seeing the car still on their website, I inquired through the website about the vehicle. I got a response stating the car was available and they requested we come in for a test drive. Several more voicemails/emails were exchanged with multiple sales reps, where I specifically stated we had drove the car previously but were told it could not be sold. It took a third call to finally get the information that the car "was available but could not be sold". In my opinion, this is a very misleading statement. It is also misleading to have cars listed on a website and take inquiries about said cars, and allow test drives to occur, all without providing the information that the car cannot be sold, and they have no idea when that status will be updated. This was a big waste of time for us and set us back in our car search. Based on this experience I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More
