In June we purchased a used car for my son to drive to college. 4 days later, he was hit by an unattentive driver and the car was totalled, good news he was not hurt. I called Annette a few days ago to help us get what we paid for the car from the insurance company, as they were going to give us street value. Annette took the time to get me an invoice of the new items like tires and service that were done before the car was sold. I could tell he was very appreciative of my business and that his priority was to make sure I was getting the care and attention I was looking for, especially while making a financial decision of this nature. He was neither pushy nor did he seem in any hurry to "close a sale" when compared to the experiences I've had interacting with salespeople at other dealerships. He was very accommodating and willing to work with me to draw up numbers that fell within my budget. All in all, I very much enjoyed the experience and will keep James at the top of my list when it comes to looking for new cars in the future. The Tiguan is great too! Definitely more than I was expecting coming from driving a GTI for the past few years. More
