Leased 2 New Vehicles Preparing to turn in our three year leased Kia Sorentos, my daughter and I started to visit dealerships a month early to make sure we had time to make Preparing to turn in our three year leased Kia Sorentos, my daughter and I started to visit dealerships a month early to make sure we had time to make the best decision for the next three years. We were in "discovery process". Volkswagon of Inver Grove was the 4th dealership we were visiting. VW vehicles came highly recommended from a family member who has been in the car business for well over 15 years in DC. He said all price ranges for the vehicles you will look at are great deals. It was a busy day despite COVID-19. Regardless, they introduced us to Dan Greising. Dan did a great job listening to what we were looking for and explaining the different options. He understood our price points. The cars we drove were solid and a big upgrade to our Sorentos without a minimal increase in cost. While sitting and waiting to see the lease numbers, I whispered to my daughter, I hope we get honest options, I really like these vehicles. Big surprise, the offer as so clean compared to the other dealerships, we decided to sign up right then. It was closing time, but Dan and Rollen (whose birthday it was), were of course happy for us and VW and took the time to get things done right for us. I must mention that during some time we spent there, the GM also chatted with us, down to earth and real conversation....what a great team we had and we love our new cars! More
