Do NOT go to this dealership to service your car. I have had my car for 3 years, with no issues in it running. I took the car to the dealership to fix a tail light bulb. The technician there told me I have had my car for 3 years, with no issues in it running. I took the car to the dealership to fix a tail light bulb. The technician there told me that my radiator was busted and told me that there was no oil in the engine with it being a 3 thousand dollar repair. After getting the car repaired it was less than two months before the car stopped turning on all together. I’m not exactly sure what was or wasn’t done to the car when it was taken in for repair. I personally tried jumping the car and replacing the battery in it with neither fix working. I had the car towed to the dealership to get it repaired. It took the technician around one week of diagnosis to come up with a five thousand dollar repair on the car, which I was then told they were not sure that it would actually fix the car and make it drivable. When I heard that they wanted to start with a five thousand dollar repair I called and told the dealership I was going to tow the car to a different mechanic to get a second opinion and return the loaner car I was given later in the day. The service department turned away the tow truck driver and did not release my keys because they hadn’t received the loaner car. Mind you I had called and left a voicemail, because no one in the service department picks up the phone, and was never notified that they would turn the tow truck driver away because that hadn’t received the loaner. After returning the loaner the dealership had around a 36 hour timeframe until the tow truck came back to pick up the car. When the car was towed to the second mechanic they left out my spark plugs in the engine, they are still at the dealership, as well as left all my cylinder caps open, nuts and bolts were loose and found all over the car’s engine, the coils in the car were also found scattered across the engine, and a connector was broken in my engine when the technician was diagnosing my car. I was never told this by the service department and was notified of this issue when the second mechanic took a look at the engine of the car. A phone conversation was made between my step mother and the service departments manager, where he essentially told me he would send me the spark plugs and that nothing else would be done on the dealership’s end to rectify the mess they had made out of my engine. Mind you I paid 187 dollars for the diagnosis. On top of this the sales department of the dealership has never answered the phone when I have called them, ever. There was a point in time where I had to call them around 9 times to get an answer and not have my call go to voicemail. The service department is never busy when I visit in person so I truly do not see how picking up the phone is an issue. I have honestly had more luck in reaching the service department by calling the sales department and having my call forwarded to them. It is truly terrible how badly this dealership’s service department treats willing customers sometimes spending thousands of dollars on car repairs. The car is a 2014 volkswagen passat. I bought it with 99,000 miles, it is now at 124,000 miles and does not work anymore. More
My above comment has changed! We have had problems with their service personnel at the service desk in the past, but they have since been replaced. Recently brought in our 2018 Tiguan Limited for a wheel alignment, simple right. Wellllll, car still VEERS to the right, even worse than before!. Do they even take the vehicle for a test drive to check if it's fixed!!!!! They couldn't answer the question....Trying to get service on a Saturday is none to be had. This is ridiculous. Someone, The VW Manager or Owner needs to FIX THIS COMPLAINT! More

Got tricked, bad customer service My wife purchased a 2015 Volkswagen Passat from this dealership on Friday. Unfortunately, LOL she’s not a car mechanic so when she brought the car h My wife purchased a 2015 Volkswagen Passat from this dealership on Friday. Unfortunately, LOL she’s not a car mechanic so when she brought the car home I discovered a faulty latch on the trunk. I took the car back immediately the next day for this latch to be fixed and the dealership requested an extra $450; apparently their responsibility with the car ended the moment the car left the lot. They failed to disclose the faulty latch and we got tricked and left with the car “as is”. So if you make the same mistake like me and buy a car from them, make sure you take a car mechanic with you to specifically inspect and vouch for the car BEFORE you leave their lot.. Just an honest and without prejudice observation. Thank you More
It all went down hill I purchased my 2018 Atlas back in August 2018. The overall process was good. My problem is I am still waiting on my license plate and registration. I called and talked to Cody, which was my salesman, warning him my temporary tag was going to expire. He assured me he would mail me a new temporary tag, instead I drove to the dealership to get the temporary tag as the old one had expired. I have yet to receive the new tag that was sent in the mail days before. I have asked them on several occasions where was my license plate and they told me they didn't know and assured me it would be in within the next couple of weeks. I have several people around me who purchased vehicles after me and have received their license plates, so it cant be a problem with the DMV. I don't know what else to do. I have called to speak to other managers, either their voicemail is full or they do not return my calls. More

Sales manager acted haughty and was indignant when we tried to hold his salesperson to the simple promises he made. Luckily we held onto trade-in car’s title as collateral until most of the promised items were fixed, a month after getting the car. Without this, they probably would not have honored any of their promises. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone for anything - sales or service. Reviews on other websites (cars.com) rank the dealer as lousy - and I agree with them. I suspect the reviews on this site to be selectively positive and maybe even faked. More
