People were friendly. . told the car had a standard inspection that included alignment, air cleaner, & fluids. Turned out it wasn’t done. Had Firestone check over the car, . told the car had a standard inspection that included alignment, air cleaner, & fluids. Turned out it wasn’t done. Had Firestone check over the car, air cleaner full of leaves and debris, alignment way off, coolant low (reservoir empty), leaking valve cover. All cost me $500. Disappointed in the lack of honesty.
