Do not bring your car to this dealership service dept continues to be service, after going there Saturday in person to check the status of our 2006 Passat that has been there 7 months, I was told that the car would be ready this afternoon that was a lie, Now they just got the ok to finish it, what is the deal 7 months to approve what? Now we must wait for them to order parts that should be already in inventory, they need to replace service advisors (Mike and GM Bryant) can’t function when no one knows what’s going on.

So my daughter took the Jetta to a different vw dealer and the technician said he had no issues loosening the locknuts on the tie rods at all. This proves VW of Marietta was trying to take advantage of what they thought was a young college kid from out of state that wouldn’t know any better. Thought they were going to cash in…. VW of Marietta, your the worst sort of people and dealer.
