Brad Gallimore was my Service Advisor, he was very courteous, knowledgeable, & efficient. I appreciate that the mechanics also did a great job. Service department is horrible!!! Took car for service. I asked the person who booked the appointment and Kris, service advisor, if the $100 credit I had from previous poor service experience, would cover ev asked the person who booked the appointment and Kris, service advisor, if the $100 credit I had from previous poor service experience, would cover everything. Told by both "yes". Upon checkout Kris told me I owe money. When I asked kris what she was talking about, her statement was she thought I meant something different. There is no way my question could have been misconstrued, yet that was dealerships excuse. Your classic, stereo typical car dealership. Tell customer whatever they want to hear...true or not. Save yourself the time and inconvenience. Go some place else. More

Volkswagen of Marietta provided me with excellent service! They greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, and escorted me to the waiting area once I was done with the intake process. The car was there for 3 days and this would have easily been addressed if car had gone on a ride without radio blaring. More

I brought my car in for the first time for service since I purchased it in 2019 from Marietta dealership. I were very pleased with my service although they seem to be short staff. Mary Grace and David both I purchased it in 2019 from Marietta dealership. I were very pleased with my service although they seem to be short staff.
