Horrible customer service and speed I just wanted to let you all know how displeased I was with the service here. I went to get 4 tires and wheels here. It took 8 Days. Unreal. The would I just wanted to let you all know how displeased I was with the service here. I went to get 4 tires and wheels here. It took 8 Days. Unreal. The would call me to tell me car was ready and when I got there it was not. They continuously kept making excuses on why it wasn’t ready. The last day I received a call to come to the shop at 3 to get my car. I get there and the tell me that the car is being washed and will be ready soon. 2 hours pass with everyone telling they don’t know where the car is. Come to find out the had done something and could not get the car in park. I ended up calling the police to come to the shop just to see the car and to find out that I would not be able to have my car because they did know what the problem was. Jariel was the point man on my car and he was full of lies and was horrible with contacting me. He would avoid my calls I would have to ride up to the shop to get updates. He call and say everything was good to go the. When I arrived was full of more lies on why it wasn’t done and why he didn’t call to stop me from coming up there. The general manager only sided with jariel and acted as if I was not in the loop of what was happening. When the cops arrived on the last day the general manager made it seem to the officers that I was harassing them. But had no answers why the car wouldn’t work. I was there for four wheels and tires!! There should have been no reason for the car to not get out of park. In all this all I was offered was a free car wash. More
