Run away !!! I love my car but the path to buy the car went through one of the worst salesman / F&I & trade in experience ever. When I first went to the dealership I love my car but the path to buy the car went through one of the worst salesman / F&I & trade in experience ever. When I first went to the dealership their used car appraiser LOW BALLED my trade in. The low (junk) Kelley Blue Book price for my car was $7000. Their appraiser came with an offer of $4500.00 which took hours to get to. The only thing wrong with my car was a door ding other than that everything was perfect........ Well we get past that and ended up in a verbal argument with the salesman Rich over their real world pricing as he tried to explain that their joke of an appraisal. I walked out of the dealership! A few days later I get a call from their smug sales manager saying that they would increase the trade offer. In the end I ended up buying the car but will NEVER purchase another car from Day due to the experience. It has been over 2 months and I am still waiting for the missing owners manual that according to the F&I manager has been back ordered and will be sent..... More
