Well I returned recently and Stuart went above and beyond to find the right car for me! He took all of my considerations into account and found me exactly what I was looking for and it was within my budget! I also love that after I purchased the car, Stuart spent about 45 minutes with me showing me how to work all of the fancy technology that comes in cars nowadays! And I really appreciated that!! PLEASE READ before considering a purchase from Murfreesboro Volkswagen. After having a relatively good purchasing experience from them, I drove the car back to my state of Virginia and went to get Murfreesboro Volkswagen. After having a relatively good purchasing experience from them, I drove the car back to my state of Virginia and went to get a state inspection on the vehicle in order to obtain a VA license plate. The car failed state inspection due to excessive play in the front control arms, meaning that due to wear and tear, the control arms are loose and need to be replaced. This is a major safety issue! What's worse, it cost approx $1600 to have them replaced. I just got off the phone with one of the managers there named Thomas who (after I sent him the failed state inspection and exactly what they found wrong with the vehicle) refused to do anything about it! I've only had this car for TWO WEEKS and after discovering a major safety issue that their technicians obviously missed, they aren't willing to step up to the plate and take any responsibility for this!?! WOW! In addition, all four tires are at 4mm which is the BARE MINIMUM to pass state inspection and under harsh weather conditions could be unsafe to drive. New tires are at 10mm. Now here's a perfect example of a dealership just getting by with the customer and not doing right by the customer. Unbelievable. I HIGHLY ADVISE looking somewhere else for your next vehicle purchase. More
