I worked with Cian Rourke to purchase a new Beetle and I was extremely impressed. I've never worked with anyone on a car purchase that knew so much detail on so many cars. I gave him a list of the other cars that I was interested in - not VWs - and he was able to compare and contrast the Beetle to the other vehicles on my list. He didn't insult the other cars and just declare the Beetle the best; he went through the specifics of each of the cars. As I researched and drove other cars, I confirmed that he really knew his stuff. I was never pressured to buy a car on any of my trips to the dealership. In fact, when I told him what I wanted, he encouraged me to wait until we could find the perfect car. He then spent weeks looking for cars with the specs that I gave him. When I found a car at the Hallmark VW in Cool Springs (Cian is in Rivergate) that didn't meet my initial specs at all (suddenly wanted a convertible), I called Cian at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon. He immediately left Rivergate, drove to Cool Springs in rush hour traffic, then called me back at 6:30 to say that he had the car in Rivergate and it would be ready for me to drive at my convenience. I walked into the dealership the next day, drove the car, signed all of the paperwork, and drove out of there in my new Beetle in less than two hours. I didn't have to haggle, no pressure on any of the infamous add-ons - it was like I was in a parallel universe. I love my Beetle, but honestly, if Cian moves across the street to sell Hyundais, my next car will probably be a Hyundai. More

I LOVE Hallmark VW in Rivergate! We bought our first GLI VW from Samson Huy and couldn't have been more pleased with his knowledge, service, and friendliness. When I bring my VW in for routine services Codi VW from Samson Huy and couldn't have been more pleased with his knowledge, service, and friendliness. When I bring my VW in for routine services Codi Tomlin is AMAZING! She is the nicest person and very quick! I will only go to Hallmark VW in Rivergate! Even though we arrived just before closing on a Saturday. Cian stayed with us until almost 11 pm and made sure we got what we wanted at a price we could afford. Long story short, would not honor the $9 discount that was agreed on for an oil change, if they will do that over $9 what about a major service? I took my 08 VW rabbit in for a oil change and had a 20% off a “maintenance service” coupon that was mailed to me from the dealership. I had also asked for a quote on tires as i need to replace them next month. I made an appointment, showed up and presented the coupon and the young lady said “that shouldn't be a problem.” I never received a call that my car was done so when I returned to pick it I verified with the young lady that my phone number was correct and she had the right info in the system. Upon check out the coupon was not honored. So I asked and she said it didn't apply. I asked to speak with the service department manger and Terver Sterger approached. He reviewed the coupon and said an oil change was not a “maintenance service.” I explained to him, that when I dropped off my car it was communicated to me that it would apply, to witch he offered a 10% discount. I asked very politely to honor the whole 20% a whooping $9 additional dollars and he refused. At this point i have no choose to pay. So I do and her I am. Buyer Beware, if he wont do the right thing for $9 off an oil change what will happen on a major service? I will never take either of my VW’s back until the service department is under new management. More
I have purchased 3 VW from this dealership in the past few years and have dealt with James McCollum in sales for 2 of those purchases. I have not had a bad experience with ANY of my purchases and have alw few years and have dealt with James McCollum in sales for 2 of those purchases. I arrived to look at a 2013 Jetta with 9k miles on it, that I had seen online and knew had most of the features I was looking for, but was open to looking at new vehicles as well. When I arrived just as they were opening for the day, James greeted me, asked what I was looking for, and when I showed him the car from the website, he said they had it and immediately brought it around for me to test drive. When returned to the showroom, he showed me that there was one new 2013 also available and asked if I'd like numbers on both. I said yes and and Justin imediately went to work on financing. While I waited to see what figures they could come up with, James brought Taven Royster, the Sales Manager in to meet me. He was very friendly and welcoming. My financing was a little challenging as I had recently recovered from some significant financial difficulties. They never missed a beat, and treated me like royalty from the moment I left the dealership in my brand new Jetta (which I got a great price on, and they were able to finance at a fantastic rate). While they were detailing my new car, James introduced me to Trevor Stergar, the Service Manager (who happened to be there on his off day). He answered some maintenance and performance questions I had, and they showed me the service center, and explained what maintenance was included with my purchase. These guys are definitely passionate about Volkswagen vehicles, and about customer service. I had a fantastic experience and would happily do business with James and the rest of the team at Hallmark again. More
Awesome experience. Drove with tech to show him what my Eos was doing. They gave me a vw loaner (not a tiny car with roll up windows from a rental place). In looking for a car we went to two other dealerships in the area and wow is there a big difference. The other places really treated us bad and their showroom was dated and messy.
