they call noumerous times to get yr money , sign & resign documents. then wont respond. This is people in Finance & sales. they sold me a vehicle that had a key fob with no key inside. so if the car battery documents. then wont respond. This is people in Finance & sales. they sold me a vehicle that had a key fob with no key inside. so if the car battery dies or i get locked out i have no way to get into my Atlas Cross Sport. Sales man told me they would get it cut for me was not done. I Text Finance lady same day i re-signed paperwork and til this day she has not responded. I called he dealership to tell them im still waiting on my key . i was put on hold for about 20min & was told sales manager was too busy to come to the phone and would call me back. All my info was verified & my number was taken down & as of today no call as of yet. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. get a sell then the xxxx with the customer, SHAME ON YOU. ( can post text messages if i need to ). As i told them over the phone i shouldnt have to pay a few hundered bucks for a key to be cut when u sold the vehicle this way. Only reason why i Took this vehichle with out the key is because i f lew in town from Georgia to purchase. However my salesman KEJ was great & even other guy that stepped in was very helpful.( So my problems arent with them. ) guys THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP More

I am very concerned because they have not paid off my trade and there is a possibility that I will be stuck with paying both which I cannot afford!
