Had to visit the dealership twice for the same problem within 2 days. Stated the battery issue and was confirmed by the receiver that the battery was not in good shape but they didn't install a battery an within 2 days. Stated the battery issue and was confirmed by the receiver that the battery was not in good shape but they didn't install a battery and instead did a reset for a secondary issue. Came home and next day battery was dead again. I believe the tech did not read the work order and didn't diagnose the problem with the car. My spouse went to pickup the car on 4/14 and all the warning lights were on so we suspected the car was not tested afterwards. So had to come back on 4/16 and Jakub assessed the problem and made sure the battery was replaced. More
