1st time at this dealer and got the run around right from start. Scheduled service for a Sunday to find out dealer doesn't have EV techs on Sudays when I showed. Sunday service rep promised to reschedule f start. Scheduled service for a Sunday to find out dealer doesn't have EV techs on Sudays when I showed. Sunday service rep promised to reschedule for Monday and didn't. Monday, I called and scheduled a new appointment and when I showed, I was told that there was a 2-day que for diagnostics. Then was told that it was no longer the case once I said I was going to another dealer. Diagnostic took 1.5 days after I tracked the car through a different service rep, Mandy. Mandy was great, very responsive. She got me the estimate promised by the previous rep, it turned out to be twice the price as the dealer I bought the car from. I took the car back, paid their $220+ diagnostic fee and took it to independent mechanic that charged me 33% of what I was quoted originally (using VW parts). Never coming here again! More
