I made an appointment for my vehicle to get an oil change on 7/14/2023. As I was driving to work on 7/19/2023 my light came on for my windshield fluid letting me know that it was empty. Obvious it tells me t on 7/14/2023. As I was driving to work on 7/19/2023 my light came on for my windshield fluid letting me know that it was empty. Obvious it tells me that your mechanic tech NEVER refilled my vehicle. We as customers trust that when we leave the dealership for Service on our vehicles that your mechanic techs are doing the work that needs to do done. I’m upset that this happened to me , but hopefully it will not happen to other customers. More

Our salesperson was wonderful (Gabby) She worked with us on pricing and was extremely helpful answering all our questions. The gentleman who helped us with financing was also wonderful. The manager was a bit less satisfactory. He gave us a lackluster offer for our trade which was in excellent condition. We went on to buy the car we were looking at and only after signing all the papers noticed that the car did not have floor mats. No big deal, most dealers would be willing to buy the $100 floor mats after a $20,000 deal but the manager had other plans. He refused to offer to throw in some floor mats. Our salesperson was able to get us some mats from a different vehicle which was helpful, but I wish the manager was more helpful. To be fair, we did buy the car as is which means that they didn’t have to buy floor mats, it was just something that would’ve gotten them a 5 star review. Overall a good place, just some silly managers. More
