I dropped my car off at 8am, I called at 5pm and never received a call back. I was without my car for a whole day with no status as to why it was taking long. Customer service is poor . Salesman was nice but I purchased the car with a dent and was told it would be fixed, after coming in they said to go to service and service said they’d call me to schedule an appointment and it’s been over was told it would be fixed, after coming in they said to go to service and service said they’d call me to schedule an appointment and it’s been over a week now. Also sold it to me with two rock chips in the glass and said I should just go through insurance even though once again I was told service could take care of it for me. More
Michael was patient explaining what was wrong with my car when I got to the dealership and fixing a light that was still not working and showing up on my dashboard before I left.
