Had one of my best car buying experience's in my life span of 66 years. Jared asked the right questions and provided answers, listened to my needs and obstacles, and in turn, may the purchase happen. But it was Jared's way, asking for the business and visit and I actually took him up on. It is far from my house when there were other options, but again, I knew have had someone speaking the truth. We love the Tiguan SE. We were first going to buy the Taos. Then decided on the Tiguan. Jared got me convinced to move up to the SE, and then the sunroof sold my wife. Thank you all! I received an email from this company offering me a promotion for free oil change and washing. I scheduled my car to be serviced, but when I got there no one knew about this promotion, but I went to fi promotion for free oil change and washing. I scheduled my car to be serviced, but when I got there no one knew about this promotion, but I went to find out at the end of the day when NOTHING had been done to my car. I had to locate the email to prove what I had said and received. After that they did, but when I got the car I saw that it hadn't been washed, I sent a message to the person who managing everything (Mr. Michael Mahoney), but I was completely ignored. I don't want to be a customer of a company that presents itself as being very disorganized. More

Excellent communication, Mike Mohony and Michael Cruz both were great. Although it took more then 2 months to get my car fixed because the Control Arm was back ordered but from the service perspective th both were great.
