I take my car to have a oil change my appointment was at 7:30 my service guy told me will be a hour, went 2 hours pass I went to ask him wah happened and he told me to wait.i see a lot of people was there b 7:30 my service guy told me will be a hour, went 2 hours pass I went to ask him wah happened and he told me to wait.i see a lot of people was there before and after me and they was leaving service done, 3 hour pass and nothing I went to ask again I got mad went 3 hour and half pass and I ask the car washing guy. Thas went he call somebody the manager came and he told me the technician guy put my car and the servicr bord wrong.but I ask 3 times why it is taking so long,service was ver Bay disappointing I hope I cane get some credit for, I left almost at noon very bad More

My Salesman Nick Alvarez was great and on top of everything I asked. This car was for my sons 16 birthday and before I drove 1 1/2 hours to see the car in person Nick took photos of every blemish th everything I asked. Manager, Sales representative and Finance representative were excellent and courteous persons, they are treating the customer as a family member, vey plain and simple explanation of everything no hidden thi were excellent and courteous persons, they are treating the customer as a family member, vey plain and simple explanation of everything no hidden things in that dealership.
