My wife and I located a specific vehicle we were looking for and made the drive from Orlando to Tampa to check it out. I will add to these other positive reviews by saying this was one of the best car buying experiences that we have ever had. From the moment we connected with VW of North Tampa via the internet and then by phone with Gio we experienced friendly, helpful people to help us determine if the car we saw online was the car for us. We greatly appreciated our Sales Consultant, Nour, and her friendly, knowledgeable manner and appreciated her helpful no-pressure style. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, the negotiation process was fair and speedy and the whole team helped expedite the process as they knew we had a drive back to Orlando as it was getting late in the afternoon. Zaidi was also great to work with in the Finance office going over warranty options and finalizing the deal. I loved the paperless, high-tech method of handling all that paperwork! The staff are wonderful - I have been buying/servicing VWs for over a 20 year span when the dealership was Reeve's VW... since the sale of the dealership and name change to VW of North Tampa, the administ VWs for over a 20 year span when the dealership was Reeve's VW... since the sale of the dealership and name change to VW of North Tampa, the administration's cost of services has unacceptably skyrocketed. I went to another VW, and the cost was approximately 1/3 less... in my situation, it led to a $418 savings. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. More

Everyone there was super nice and professional, my only complaint was not knowing there was a $1600 clear coat on car that wasn’t advertised, found out when I made offer to buy.
