My experience with Volkswagen of North Tampa was absolutely horrible. I dropped my car off for a routine oil inspection and was told it would take four hours. It took SEVEN. They have short staff, I dropped my car at 9: am and I got the diagnostic around 3:30 pm after I bothered them with my phone calls to see what is going on. Most of the previous employees that I know wer got the diagnostic around 3:30 pm after I bothered them with my phone calls to see what is going on.
