They have short staff, I dropped my car at 9: am and I got the diagnostic around 3:30 pm after I bothered them with my phone calls to see what is going on. Rodney Brown is great bought my 1st VW Passat with him Giovanni and Daniel took care of me since Rodney was on vacation which I was not aware of and worked with me and did their utmost except made me not Giovanni and Daniel took care of me since Rodney was on vacation which I was not aware of and worked with me and did their utmost except made me not aware they could not match my 1.79% and therefore I was left with 4.54% which I have to correct myself and change that to the NFCU other than that I will still buy another VW from them if needed. We bought a Jetta from this dealership. From the beginning the experience was terrible, from the pushy and poor comments from the “financial advisor” trying to get us to finance a car that From the beginning the experience was terrible, from the pushy and poor comments from the “financial advisor” trying to get us to finance a car that we were going to pay cash for because it was more convenient for him(his own words), to the fact that this was a month ago and they still have our car in service because they refused to fix a safety problem with the air-bags sensor. We have call numerous times, they always say they will call us back, and nothing. Messages have been sent to service managers, internal advisers, sales people and nothing. We are at a point that we dont know what to do. They work for them and do not care about you. Check other reviews and dont take my word for it. They are terrible!! More
