Outstanding customer service from Joe in Service! I recently took my Passat to Volks of North Tampa for a repair - the replacement of the front sensor assembly. I picked my car up on a Saturday and rec recently took my Passat to Volks of North Tampa for a repair - the replacement of the front sensor assembly. I picked my car up on a Saturday and received a dashboard alert regarding the sensor the next day. I texted the problem to what I thought was the general service number, but "my" service tech responded almost immediately, He arranged for me to drop my car off first thing the next morning. In less than an hour, the new problem was resolved. More
