Jakub was my point of contact for my car servicing. He communicated with me regularly re status of repair, verified my warranty and any costs. As I waited at the dealership, he checked to ask if I was comfortable, if I needed anything, and that he would be available if I had any questions or concerns. Jakub walked me to my car upon completion of service . It was definitely "service with a smile" for which he deserved top stars!
