The video with the tech showing the undercarriage of the car, each wheel and components, what they see, and how important it may or may not be is excellent. Most people do not know anything about the parts there, and showing them the shape of each, will help gain the trust, and ultimately get them to listen better than just the old 'you need new boots for your CV joints', which most people don't even know what those are. I do think that you should vacuum and rinse the car off after servicing it at a certain level of money spent, or at least give me the option for that, at a reasonable price. Older customers, myself included (60), cannot get both of those done without going to a detailing shop and spending $50-$80 dollars, which is too expensive to afford. I can say that I may have been given the option to have it washed, which was done, but I do not remember if vacuuming the car was offered, but I do not have the best memory. Inside my car there was a little water, not complaining about it, but vacuuming it would have been a very big 'Yes, please' because it needed it badly. More
