Jakub's service was great. He was kind and attentive. One service was a an alignment and tire rotation. My back passenger tire consistently lost air prior to the service. At the conclusion, he stated the tires were rotated diagonally and aligned. 3 days after this service, I went to another VW for a different service and informed them of my tire also. They provided video and documentation that my rear passenger tire has a large nail in it. This means North Tampa VW did not rotate my tire as stated and paid for. Nor did they take the time to properly inspect it to notify me that I needed a plug and had a tire in it. This is the 2nd time North Tampa VW stated a service was performed that wasn't. The first was a simple statement "we topped all your fluids". Before I could travel 2 miles, the windshield wiper fluid was back on. I had mentioned this to Jakub as well at checkin. More
