The staff was helpful and they work with me to get a good deal. Tu was very professional and did her best to provide a good buying experience. I spent almost 5 hours in the dealership when the deal was easy and straight forward, the finance and service department shouldn't had take that long to get me going. Waiting for more than 4 hours to close on a deal for a simple vehicle is not acceptable... that is why I gave them 2 stars. I was good with the deal but frustrated for the waiting, hopefully they read this and make some adjustments to not let customers wait that long... More

I really believe that they had the Tesla 3 that I came to look at but told me a deposit had been made on it! Then proceeded to sell me a Tesla S that was out of my budget. And then my daughter who helped with the bills and found out I was going to be evicted and my house taken because I could not afford the money to send to the courts escrow account and I begged Nick, my salesman to get me out of the contract and they still had my car but he said nothing could be done!
