This dealership takes the cake at being one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. From day one this entire process was a total NIGHTMARE. From dealing with a dishonest salesman who told me things as simple as the car had an oil change (never happened) to not following through with their commitments. The store GM named Hadi was very rude with handling my concerns and clearly didn’t care very much about my situation. Here’s the list of things promised that were never properly handled. 1. Was told an oil change was completed when the car went through the shop. The salesman even insisted that it was done. It clearly was not. 2. The hood of the car had several paint chips with rust underneath bubbling up. Hood was not properly repainted as promised. 3. There were several paint chips from rocks hitting the car previously that I was promised would be fixed upon delivery of the vehicle. None of which were done. Side note that when I brought the concern up with the salesman and manager they ARGUED with me telling me that was never said in the show room. All of this was a yelling at me situation. 3.The car had an issue a few days after the car was purchased. I brought up my concerns with the dealership and couldn’t get a clear answer if they would be fixed or not. 4. My temp tag expires today, the sales manager offered to overnight it which I replied “yes,thank you” to. Apparently that wasn’t a direct response to his question so he never overnighted it to me when he was supposed to. 4. When I called the GM with my concerns he didn’t really seem to care what I had to say other than to say sorry what’s done is done we can’t change that now. And that I can bring the car back for a refund if I want. I would not send my worst enemy to this dealership. More

I had a poor experience with the VW dealership located in North Tampa. I received an offer for an oil change and multi point inspection for $39.99. At the time I thought that this was a good price, so I sche North Tampa. I received an offer for an oil change and multi point inspection for $39.99. At the time I thought that this was a good price, so I scheduled my service over the phone with the representative that extended this offer. It was not until after the service was completed that I was informed that this was the base price not including labor, oil, or parts. In reality the total for this service was over $65. Additionally, I did a post inspection on my vehicle and found that the engine air filter box had a broken latch and was missing one of the three mounting grommets on the bottom of the box. I contacted the service center to address this issue, and the service representative that I spoke with ensured me that the broken part would be replaced at no cost to myself. They scheduled me an appointment to have the engine air filter box replaced. During this appointment, I waited an hour to be told that they had to order the part and that it would take about a week for the part to arrive in shop. I waited over two weeks but did not receive any update on the status of this part. I had to call the service center to inquire about the status of the replacement part and was told that it was in house. At this point I did not want to schedule another appointment and wait an additional hour or more to have this part replaced, so I asked if I could pick the part up and replace it on my own. I was informed that this would not be a problem. However, when I went to pick up the part there was mass confusion on the situation. I was eventually able to successfully pick up the part at the promised no cost, but this was very frustrating situation. More
