Waited over 2 hours for simple oil change with a scheduled appointment. Drove away and dash lights up because mechanics did not reset after tire rotation. Unable to use facilities because water was shut off. Quality has consistently decreased over the past 3 years. More

Preston is not your used car parrot that merely repeats what’s on the website. He genuinely wants to help put a deal together including taking a video and communicating! They are thorough and professional and I appreciate the free shuttle service. Dustin is an extremely hard worker! I do wish there was better communication on wait time.
