We had a very good experience at the Service Center. Liz was very nice and has excellent communication skills. I leased my vehicle when the dealership was Reeves. My service experiences with Morgan have been pleasant, however, the service writers never could verify the details of the items I purchased with my My service experiences with Morgan have been pleasant, however, the service writers never could verify the details of the items I purchased with my lease. When I got a nail in my tire, I tried again only to be told I didn't have coverage. I spoke with Mike and explained the situation and he took the time to verify that I indeed have tire coverage! I would like to thank him for doing that which no one else did. Dustin was working when I came in and handled my issues very courteously. The only reason I didn't rank 5 star is due to the lack of communication between Reeves and Morgan on prior leases. It has affected my services in the past because there were no records. More
