They can never fix my problems. Most of the time the people I speak with at the desk are rude. It’s impossible to get a rental car when needed. I will NEVER buy from here again. We bought a used ID. 4. It needed some recall work, that went fine, service did a good job. Our salesman was not very knowledgeable but did his best. Financing made us wai 4. Financing made us wait for hours - on 2 separate days, and never got us in to sign the paperwork. The second day, we waited hours until past closing, only to find out the finance person just slipped out the back door before taking care of us. Our salesman had to come to our house, an hour away, to finish the paperwork. The car was missing a charger, and some ornamental pieces that I asked to be taken care of a week before. A different salesman ended up giving us his personal charger, and I took the pieces of a new car that was sitting on the lot. Was told they were short staffed, which I understand, but they had a week to get things in order and still not done. All in all, the car is great, and they somewhat took care of us, but it should not have been this hard to get it done. My advice is do your research on the car you are buying, because it seemed they cared more about the sale than providing information about the vehicle. Will not go back there. More

I got a nail in my tire and it needed to be replaced . I was able to make an appointment quickly. However , I arrived for my 8 am appointment and didnt leave until 1020? There were notes in my paper work stating that I had another appointment to get to by 10 am - 2.5 hours to change a tire and wash? People change tires on the side of the road in 15 minutes ? VW has all the tools and equipment needed .. please tell me why it took so long ? I appreciated the wash but my rubber mats were soaking wet when I got in my car , so much that I had to remove the mat and shake out the water and my car was sandwiched between two cars so tightly , that I had to request the cars be moved so I could leave. Kevin and Mandi (5 stars) were both very accommodating and informative. Whoever changed my tire , washed my mats , and parked my car … zero stars More
