I dropped my car off at 8:30am and waited for 15 minutes for anyone to help me. My care was there all day. I received no calls regarding the status of my oil change and inspection of my rearview window. I h for anyone to help me. My care was there all day. I received no calls regarding the status of my oil change and inspection of my rearview window. I had let Luis know I had a window from 4-5pm for pickup and that would be ideal. I assumed that from 8:30am to 4pm, an oil change could occur. I still had no word on the status around 3pm so I called and was sent to voicemail. I received a text saying just that the oil change had not occurred and that I could get a call when it was complete. At 6pm, I had no update and had to send a family member to pick up my car. I finally got on the phone with Luis, 9.5 hours since I left my car there, only to be told literally NOTHING had been done to it. HOW?! He said it was because you guys are down a technician. THEN TELL ME! Why was I carless all day? I've made another appointment for an oil change, mostly/only because I was told it would be free. Otherwise I would never give you my service or car business again. More

I made an appointment for my vehicle to get an oil change on 7/14/2023. As I was driving to work on 7/19/2023 my light came on for my windshield fluid letting me know that it was empty. Obvious it tells me t on 7/14/2023. As I was driving to work on 7/19/2023 my light came on for my windshield fluid letting me know that it was empty. Obvious it tells me that your mechanic tech NEVER refilled my vehicle. We as customers trust that when we leave the dealership for Service on our vehicles that your mechanic techs are doing the work that needs to do done. I’m upset that this happened to me , but hopefully it will not happen to other customers. More
