Had vehicle in for an oil change. Next day oil light came on. Oil leaked out b/c plug was loose. Service mgr said I could have it towed back to dealer or tighten plug myself and put Next day oil light came on. Oil leaked out b/c plug was loose. Opted for visa gift card to reimburse instead of shop credit, as I will never go there again. As I was waiting for my vehicle one of their employees crashed a customer’s car while taking into the garage. I’ve seen more than enough to know to stay away from this dealership. Two weeks later still waiting to be reimbursed. More
