Customer service is horrible. I dropped off my car for service, two days later my service advisor quits and I didn’t get my car until a week later. My car sat there with no one knowing what happened. . . Now I was appointed a new service advisor that never answers the phone when I try to schedule an appointment for service. I leave a voicemail and don’t get a call back. I always have to call the main phone number for the service department and talk to the first service representative that picks up to get assistance. . It’s annoying and frustrating and I decided to switch to another Volkswagen location. More

My experience with Volkswagen of North Tampa was absolutely horrible. I dropped my car off for a routine oil inspection and was told it would take four hours. It took SEVEN. Always greeted when arriving to the door. Staff is friendly and courteous. The waiting area is always clean and the coffee station is a big plus with the various coffee choices. Everyone is usually very helpful and polite at this location, however, this last visit went differently. We had an appointment and sat there for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. They have short staff, I dropped my car at 9: am and I got the diagnostic around 3:30 pm after I bothered them with my phone calls to see what is going on. Most of the previous employees that I know wer got the diagnostic around 3:30 pm after I bothered them with my phone calls to see what is going on.
