The entire time he was upfront, honest, and he did not play games with us. We ended up being a 2021 Tiguan SE AWD that we LOVE. Victor had a lot to handle between my pickiness In aesthetic and my husband non-negotiable on price point. He got us into a car that has almost everything I wanted (minus the sunroof package) and it was at an attractive price per month. Victor is your guy if you want someone who will be straightforward but honest with you. He’s not going to promise to make all of your wildest dreams come true-he’s going to get your the car that fits your needs and your realistic wants. It was the best experience that we have ever had at a car lot. Victor is your guy if you want someone to advocate for you in the lending process. Furthermore, Victor stayed after closing to help me change all of the settings and connect my new car to my phone. He gave me a rundown of the technology and made sure I could work everything before we left. It was 8 PM, and he never, not once, seemed inconvenienced. He is a true professional and a really great man. Finally, we also had a terrific experience with our finance personnel at VW. (I forgot his name but his office is all the way at the end on the left). His explanations and recommendations were straightforward and he eliminated all of the fluff (possibly because we had a very fussy one year old with us.) We are incredibly thankful for him as well!
