My name is Tony and I was looking for a Toyota Tundra. I chose this dealership one because they had what I was looking for but two the way they handled me being two hours away. I had just had a horrible ex chose this dealership one because they had what I was looking for but two the way they handled me being two hours away. I had just had a horrible experience where I drove a hour to look at a Tundra and the dealership was very unhelpful. I spoke to Michael (Irish) and he was so easy to talk to. No pressure. Listened to what I was saying and asking for. Really felt like he cared instead of trying to make a deal. We hashed everything out over the phone and I decided to make the trip. I brought my 6 year old son with me who can be a handful. Everyone we spoke to was very accommodating to him which made buying the car very easy. The location was clean and well kept. I got there at 11:30 and was on the road home buy 1:30. And most of that was my fault cause I wanted to see if they could get me a better interest rate. Which they did by over a percent. That interest rate saved me over $50 a month. One of the cool things at this dealership is the way you sign your papers. We all know how you have to sign your life away and by the time you get done you have a book of paper work. Not here. Mr. Fulner had the coolest desk. It was a touch screen computer. Everything was done digitally and when we were done he handed me a Zip drive with all the paperwork. This dealership not only met my expectations but exceed them. I am so happy I did business with them. I highly recommend that you give them a shot if you are in the market. I have already texted Irish to send me business cards to give to my friends who would be looking for a car and I live 2 hours away. I thank you for helping my family get the vehicle we needed and for marking this tue easiest vehicle transaction I have ever done. More
