Unethical business practices, poor customer satisfaction I found a vehicle on their website that I was ready to buy, with a decent price listed. Upon contacting the sales team, I spoke with Savanna Freim I found a vehicle on their website that I was ready to buy, with a decent price listed. Upon contacting the sales team, I spoke with Savanna Freimuth, and asked for the bottom line, out the door price. She asked a few questions, and stated that if I didn't have anything to trade, then the price of the vehicle would increase. She then stated that if I didn't finance with them, the price of the vehicle would increase again. I explained that I lived 3 hours away from Ocala, and that my vehicle was involved in an accident and would not be a good trade in, and even explained that I would either pay cash, or provide my own financing. She was not willing to budge from the increased price, and was unwilling to speak with her supervisors to try to lower the cost of the vehicle back to the advertised price. Due their inability to provide the best price and customer service, I purchased a vehicle from a different dealership. Unethical business practice and very NON-customer friendly. I would not recommend this dealership. The sales folks are not willing to stick to their advertised pricing, and will increase the price for their gains and satisfaction. More
