I was looking for a Jetta with a manual transmission. Could not locate one on my own. I called VW of Ocala and spoke with Cecili. She had me stop in and told her what I was looking for. She found the Jetta that I have been looking for within 24 hours. She called me when my car was ready for pickup. The car was better then I was expecting. All the staff I came in contact with was very friendly. Very clean and professional dealership. This is my second car I bought from them. Awsome! More

We had an excellent experience at Volkswagen of Ocala. The General Manager greeted us and Shawn was knowledgeable,professional and friendly. I have never purchased a vehicle online before but being in ND for work and seeing the CR-V that I have been wanting for 3 years now at this location, in FL, I decided to give online car shopping a try. Shawn was great and sent pictures, videos, etc. to me to make sure the car was exactly how I imagined it. It was a really great experience.
