I had a 8 am appointment, arrived 20 min early. Calib did not get to his desk until 8:10 even then did not pay any attention to me. I went and sat down at the show floor. I had to fight for every penny on my trade, as the u/c manager got the info on the wrong model. Cecili did a decent job at straightening that out, and she has a very pleasant and bubbly personality. She also seemed quite new at this, and was a tad forgetful, but overall it went well. However, it took me 3 hours from start to finish before I could finally start enjoying my new Jetta. There are other places that would only take about half that time. More
