Definitely like the Ocala Volkswagen over Leesburg! My usual service rep Malaun was off the day that I was there, so I had Daniel. When I checked in, I showed him my coupon flyer for discounted oil ch My usual service rep Malaun was off the day that I was there, so I had Daniel. When I checked in, I showed him my coupon flyer for discounted oil change (it was from Leesburg Volkswagen). Daniel informed me that the coupon is not honored at the Ocala service center and that I could perform an on-line search for a coupon for Ocala. IN the past, Malaun has honored my coupon from “where ever”, and he has at times found me a better deal on service thru Ocala! ! I did find a coupon on-line for the Ocala service, and Daniel honored it. Daniel was kind and professional. It was totally up to me to find the best service deal. Malaun would have had it ready and waiting for me…that is how one gets a 5 stars rating! So, for this service, I give it a 4. Still like Ocala Volkswagen. Thank you. Should Volkswagen come out with an electric Beetle, I’d be one of the first to order one!!! More
