After waiting about 3 months for a part for my 2020 Tiguan the part finally came in and was installed. After a day or so of having the vehicle back the part that is attached to the windshield fell dow Tiguan the part finally came in and was installed. After a day or so of having the vehicle back the part that is attached to the windshield fell down. Made an appointment again to bring the car in. Let’s hope this this when it is return this doesn’t happen again. I also had my front rotors turned after on 20k. I paid to have my rotors turned and a few thousand miles I returned the car again and they replaced the front rotors said they were warped. After paying to have the rotors turned they somehow replaced them for a one time customer appreciation. My opinion doesn’t mater and I’m sure I’m out the $100 or so on my rotors having to be turned. Just overall horrible mechanics this dealer has. More
