Closed the deal on a new Bug last weekend and had a terrific experience! Don't let Joey's "baby face" fool you; he answered every question we had about Volkswagens and then some. He patiently let us test drive three vehicles and kept a super attitude the whole time, determined to help us find exactly the right fit. (Shout out to Ron Atkin, da MAN, who is apparently a beast at locating vehicles! Thanks for finding OURS right under our noses, Ron...) We were in a SUPER hurry due to a dinner we had to attend that evening and Joey commented that he was working as fast as he EVER had to complete our paperwork. When we got to financing, Corey Javes also got us through that process as quickly as possible, while still taking the time to make sure we understood the terms of our deal. Joey was very responsive and attentive the entire time, AND the next day when we brought the new Bug back for a detail. He made sure we had his contact info., scheduled our first free service appointment and followed up afterward. We were impressed with the whole culture at VW of Orange Park; there is very much an atmosphere of Teamwork and found it to be such a pleasant, comfortable place to be.
