Masks I saw very few people in the service area and the sales floor with masks. Some of these individuals walked within 6 feet of me. I brought my car in to have the suspension fixed. Sergio made my appointment and got me in at a convenient time . Oil change/Problem with trunk This is the first time I was not satisfied with the service at Volkswagen. Along with the oil change, I asked them to check the lock on my trunk and This is the first time I was not satisfied with the service at Volkswagen. Along with the oil change, I asked them to check the lock on my trunk and they gave it back to me the same way I brought it in. When I pick up my car, usually someone goes over everything with me, what was done etc. No one was around. I asked the cashier, if they fixed the trunk, she was very sarcastic and said “Well it’s on the list, I guess it’s fixed”. I was disgusted when I left. Hopefully next time it’s better. More
