The entire team went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent car buying experience with respect to my budget. Alex in particular offers customer service that you cannot find anywhere else. He is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I brought along multiple family members as they all wanted to offer their input and Alex graciously brought out rounds of coffee and entertained conversations with everyone. We really felt that he advocated for our best interest during our time here. He even spent the time with me inside the Taos I purchased to show me all the ins and outs of the car. Would recommend over and over again!

Happy new year! Great end to a frustrating day. Larry Roesch VW was our third dealer of the day. Had been messaging with Jeanette Valentin and when I arrived she was there to immediately meet with me and show the three different models I was interested in. Jeanette was extremely helpful during the entire process. Long drive to the suburbs but thankful it was made. Big thanks to Jeanette and everyone at Larry Roesch VW who got us into our new VW Atlas.
