Volkswagen of Orland Park - Service Center

See description below I have been taking all of my VWs to this service center for many years, and have always had an excellent experience. For this reason I would normally I have been taking all of my VWs to this service center for many years, and have always had an excellent experience. For this reason I would normally be happy to recommend this service center (and actually have sent friends there in the past). However, the last time I needed assistance to replace a damaged tire on my current auto, the repair was made without problems, but when I went to open my trunk I found that the "donut" that had been on my car as a temporary replacement had been thrown into the trunk on top of everything else, rather than properly replacing it into the the proper place where it should be stored. This caused a really serious problem for me because there isn't much I can do to fix this by myself and I cannot get anything in or out of my trunk since this heavy piece of equipment is on blocking everything in my trunk. I haven't been able to bring my car back to the dealership for help with getting this straightened out because of the long distance I need to drive to the dealership and because of the current restrictions due to the virus crisis. More
