Excessive wait time for an oil change WITH an appointment. Unfortunately I am placing a negative remark to my experience this recent time with your service department. I had made an oil change appointment for 12/23 and was serviced 2.5 hrs later. Unacceptable. I also was promised the $10.00 coupon from the service representative and at the cashier it was provided. This then caused an additional delay because the cashier had to verify again and reprint my bill. More
